Aims & objectives

Raise awareness towards Collaborative Consumption and promote it's use in the field of youth work

• Work on the concept of collective sharing, CC, social economy
• Strengthening entrepreneurship of young people through networks in the context of social innovation
• Share the best practices of youth work and non-formal education
• Provide creative and innovative tools to address the crisis
• Encourage young people to become active European citizens
• Promote intercultural exchange, tolerance and solidarity
• Raise awareness of European identity and citizenship

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Youth workers, NGO members/ volunteers, young leaders, multipliers from Italy, Georgia, France, Armenia, Spain, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Ukraine

Training methods used & main activities

The working methods was be based on non-formal education activities, with creative and practical examples, using innovative techniques as human library and time-banking, and discovering new experimental ones, created by the trainers team, based on Collective Consumption sources, using peer to peer; valorising the knowledge of the participants in the topic, and increassing their self-confidence.

Outcomes of the activity

Learning through practical experience and methodologies of non-formal, allowed youth workers to learn about the benefits of living in a society based on the values of sharing, tolerance and sustainability and to acquire CC platforms in their daily behaviors with low environmental i and high educational impact.
The discovery and implementation of sharing behaviors allowed them also to identify means through which address the economic crisis that Europe is experiencing in recent years and to identify alternative ways to curb youth unemployment by stimulating the creativity and decision- initiative. In result participants have got useful information about different CC models and they already started to implement in their everyday life and work; organising exchange markets, using coworking spaces and even creating their own crowdfunding campaigns to fund youth projetcs.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I worked in the design of the activities and program and as a a full time trainer in cooperation with Carles Cunill and La Vibria Team.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
