TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

The project was created after the recognition of the need to improve the skills of youth workers in artistic and performing arts methodologies, as tools to better support and involve young people in our activities and empower youth workers in their profession.
Training Goals:
To better prepare youth workers with tools on performing arts, including different kinds of dance, theatre, and circus performances, so they can then deliver these new skills and knowledge to the young people whom they work with;
Through the knowledge developed and practiced during the project activity to implement new methodologies at the organisations and keep young people more engaged in the local activities;
To expand the European networks among partners and better understand European projects and their impact on local communities and on young people
and youth workers' development.
20 participants from Poland, North Macedonia, the Netherlands and Romania - youth workers/ adult leaders.
Non formal education methodology, learning by doing, group work dynamics; mostly performing arts including different kind of dances, methods of expression.
To develop awareness on performing arts and its importance for young people,
To share experiences among youth workers related to performing arts and learn new methods to apply in daily work,
To develop a network of performing arts youth workers to develop future projects.
Main facilitator: Organize agenda, facilitate reflection, combine methodologies into applicability in youth work, support the local performance in Koscian.
