Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

An international group of 23 participants from Estonia, Rumania Greece and Portugal ready to become active agents of change.

Training methods used & main activities

A participatory open, non formal learning approach targeting towards the self-exploration and personal development towards non-conventional active citizenship.
Methods included:
games, discussions, simulations, role playing, presentations, peer learning, self-reflection, experiential learning.

Outcomes of the activity

The participants had the opportunity to explore themselves with self reflection and mirroring with other participants.
They had the opportunity to practice tools that enhance communication, leadership and teamwork.
They had the opportunity to create and implement an action plan of activism on which they also had the possibility to reflect and discuss.
