TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Anna Krzeszowska-Hovanecz
On the basis of analysis made by NA officers it occurred that schools submitting applications to Erasmus+ Programme often present low awareness of preparing coherent proposals in terms of needs analysis, formulating goals, activities, results, dissemination and adequacy to Erasmus+ priorities. In addition, it turned out that special schools do not take part in the Erasmus + Programme, hence the idea to invite their representatives to take part in this training.
Responding to this diagnosis a goal of the event was to develop teachers’ and headmasters’ competences of planning and implementing educational projects based on international cooperation in the areas of:
• inner logic of the project (need analysis, setting goals, activities and results),
• quality of international partnership,
• quality of LTTAs,
• dissemination and sustainability of project results.
There were 27 participants from 18 countries (Poland, Spain, Slovakia, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Portugal, Macedonia, Norway, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, UK, Finland, Hungary, Malta and Sweden), mostly English teachers, special education teachers and headmasters. All of the participants represented special schools or institutions working with special schools.
Presentation, simulation games, tasks in the small groups, quizes, role playing games.
5 proposals of the international school projects.
