Aims & objectives

SAFE project aims to explore the means to obtain youth sexual safety during youth work in the context of knowledge, attitudes, awareness of excising stereotypes and discrimination. By working on standardized SAFE methods we plan to prevent violence, abuse, early schools dropout and social exclusion of youth.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group of this training were youth workers, trainers, youth leaders active in their organisations. The countries involved were Poland, Romania, Turkey, Cyprus, Portugal and Spain. The number of participants and people involved was be 26 in total.

Training methods used & main activities

The implemented activities we used non-formal learning through workshops/group work using Wen-Do methodologies, games, team building, intercultural activities, planning and networking.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was a full time trainer, coordinator and I prepared the program of the training.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
