Aims & objectives

- To develop new NFE tools for youth workers/leaders to spread awareness about agricultural
entrepreneurship;
- To combat unemployment of rural areas;
- To promote environmental awareness among young people;
- The development of entrepreneurial skills aimed at supporting the growth of agricultural entrepreneurs;
- Raise youth awareness about agricultural and rural development through ICTs.
- Help youngsters and youth workers to know more about the rural areas and how it can be improved

Hungary, Latvia, Italy, Montenegro, Albania, Germany, Serbia, Romania, Former Yugoslav Republic of macedonia

Training methods used & main activities

Green Way will be coordinated through Non Formal Education methods as group work activities, presentations, workshops and personal assignments, meetings with trainers, experts in order to better picture green economy in its practical applications.

Outcomes of the activity

As a result of the project a “Guide on youth employability through Agro-entrepreneurship” will be elaborated, aiming at fostering youth employability in the Agro-business sector.
Business model enhancement and encourage the young generation to explore more new sectors.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

-My tasks was to find the methods and prepare the workshops to suit all of the participants.
-Develop NFE methods to reach the goal of agriculture entrepreneurship.
-Introduction to business modeling
-Facilitate between the participant Groups for presenting business models.
-Finalize the idea with understanding the Erasmus plus ideas and processes.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
