Aims & objectives

The training course, aimed to teach regeneration techniques that help with rapid physical and mental recovery, even on a tight schedule. The goal was to help youth workers become more rested, focused, and emotionally balanced to increase their resilience and effectiveness.

The specific objectives were to:
* Introduce fast and effective methods for physical and emotional well-being.
* Develop personal time management strategies that match energy and workload.
* Increase emotional awareness and understanding of identity in youth work.
* Build healthier daily routines to prevent burnout and improve focus.
* Foster a supportive international community of youth workers.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group for the training activity is active youth workers. This includes individuals who are NGO staff, volunteers, project coordinators, or facilitators. The training is specifically designed for those who feel fatigued, stressed, and burned out from constantly moving between projects without enough time to recover.

Partner countries were: Spain, Italy, Turkey, Poland, Ukraine, and Hungary.

Training methods used & main activities

The training activity used a variety of non-formal learning methods, including:

* Functional Fitness Sessions: These workouts used time-efficient training to help participants regain energy and build strength.
* Time Management & Prioritization: Participants explored personal planning styles through practical exercises and reflection, aimed at improving focus and balance.
* Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation: These sessions used gentle body movement and mindfulness practices to reduce tension and enhance calmness.
* "Miracle Morning" Routine Building: This session provided tools and strategies to design a personal morning routine that sets the tone for a productive and centered day.
*Identity & Emotional Reflection: Interactive sessions focused on self-awareness, emotional processing, and how personal identity evolves through youth work.

Outcomes of the activity

The training activity achieved its goals by successfully teaching regenerative practices to youth workers, leading to improved physical and mental well-being and increased resilience. The success of the training can be measured by several hypothetical outcomes:

* **Positive Feedback from Participants**: A post-project evaluation would show that participants found the training valuable and felt more equipped to manage stress and prevent burnout.
* **Adoption of New Routines**: Participants' self-reporting would indicate they successfully integrated new habits, such as morning routines, time-blocking, and regular mindfulness practices, into their daily lives.
* **Building a Community**: The creation of a supportive network among the participants would be evident through continued communication and collaboration after the training.

Based on the assumption that the training was a success, here are some hypothetical places where the results and documentation would be published:

* **Project Results Platform**: The official Erasmus+ Project Results Platform would contain a detailed summary of the project's outcomes, including participant testimonials and a final report from the host organization.
* **CTRL + V International Association Website**: The host organization's website would feature a dedicated page about the project, showcasing photos, a summary of the activities, and the key achievements.
* **Social Media**: The social media pages (e.g., Instagram and Facebook) of CTRL + V International Association would document the training with photos, videos, and daily updates from the event.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

In my role as a full-time trainer, I specialized in time management and productivity tools.

My primary responsibilities were:
* Leading Time Management Workshops: I designed and facilitated sessions on various time management techniques.
* Teaching Self-Reflection Tools: We used tools like the Wheel of Life to help participants assess and reflect on different areas of their lives.
* Implementing Goal-Setting Techniques: I trained participants on how to set and achieve their objectives using the SMART goals framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).
* Introducing Productivity Techniques: We explored methods such as time blocking and other techniques to help youth workers manage their schedules more effectively and reduce feelings of being overwhelmed.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
