Aims & objectives

1. to understanding, give practical tools & creative ways for inclusion of refugees and disadvantage youngsters

2. Youth Workers need of practical tools and ways to approach refugees and disadvantage youngsters

3. The organization promotes intercultural dialogue through creativity

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

1. Youth Workers of countries receiving refugees and working with high amount of disadvantage youngsters from cultural minorities

Training methods used & main activities

1. Non formal Education, artistic and intercultural methods

2. Brainstorming; reflection groups; group work; place sensorial exploration; treasure hunt by pictures; get to know each other; intercultural evening; study visit; group painting; visual dialogue; theatre; dance/movement; create an eBook; creating drafts for new projects/activities;

Outcomes of the activity

1. EXPERIENCE & EMBODIED LEARNING - the participants experienced in first hand the creative tools and ways for inclusion & participate of a simulation of refugee arrival spot environment/ circusntances
EMPOWEREMENT - participants got empowered by leading the activity they create about inclusion;
UNDERSTANDING - through reflections & activities participants got to understand it deeply inclusion process
EBOOK - Youth workers left with tools to put into practice;
NETWORK - the bond with other participants and starting drafts on future projects allowed to built a network of possible future partners and encouragement ones on the youth work for inclusion through creativity

2. Success was measured by:
ENGAGEMENT - during activities at all levels (mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically)
MOVED & INSPIRED - by the envounter with refugees in the house inclusion project they visit and their coming to our intercultural evening;
OPENESS - happy by what their minds and heart were open too AWARE & COMPASSIONATE - became more aware and deeply compassionate with refugee situation
GROWTH - by what they learn personally and professionally;
ENTHUSIASTIC - about doing more in the future in their own cities/places and keep in touch encouraging each other
