TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Barbara Foldi
The aim of the training course was to give new tools to youth workers/ trainers / social workers and to show them new methods what they can tackle everyday problem on their field.
It gave them new ideas and inspiration to continue their daily work.
There was one head trainer (Barbara Földi) from Hungary and other 5 people in team - as experts of their field.
Ondrej Masiar was the project coordinator and Kata Dietrich was the team supervisior.

We wanted to create a really mixed team with experience and expertise.
The basic of our method was the method of experimental learning - Mainly learning by doing. The idea was to support youth workers with these tools and n the same time in the group they developed their skills.
We used several methods and introduced new tools.

The training course was really successful in terms of personal skill development f the participants and also locally.
We involved 4 different type of institution /organization and participants had opportunity to put it into practice their new knowledge about the topic.
I was the head trainer of the training course. I was responsible the content of the program. The learning path of participants and the preparation and the follow up of the activities.
