Aims & objectives

RENew stands for – “Seminar for Review, Engagement and Networking”. All returned GLEN participants of the GLEN training cycle meet again for 4 days in order to evaluate their internship at the host organisation as well as their global education activity (GEA). They will prepare their future engagement in global education and exchange with former GLEN participants, people and institutions working in this field.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants come from: Germany, France, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia, Czech, Estonia, Latvia and Hungary.
The facilitators come from: Germany, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia and Czech.

Reflection methods, Energizers, Open Space, Knowledge Bridge, Counseling, Fishbowl discussion, Reflection walk, Movies, Presentations, Marketplace

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Facilitating a small group throughout the whole seminar and some large group plenary sessions.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
