Regional Training Course: make the difference

Aims & objectives

The aim of the training was that of helping participants to acquire soft-skills and some commences that they could use in their own association, helping them with the process for example of the Knowledge transfer, with the main figure of the association, such as FR, PR, HR and so on.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

We had 15 participants coming mainly from Italy, but also from Spain.

Training methods used & main activities

We used methods that go under the field of the non-formal education, using role plays, games and simulation, where every session had some theoretical parts and some more practical parts.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the content manager of the training, and trainer together with two other trainers.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
