R.A.P. -Real Active Participation

Aims & objectives

The training was part of the YIA democracy project R.A.P.

The aim of the meeting was to compare local realities, share good practises, understand the participatory democracy, help to build up contacts between decision makers and youngsters, and plan the further activities.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Decision makers, youth-workers and youngsters from Croatia, Hungary and Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

We worked with non-formal learning methods like role-play, group work, out door activities, idea market, simulations, debate, living libary, world café...

Outcomes of the activity

The activity helped to increase the quality of the common work and of the local activites.

The democracy project was choosen to be presented on the first Youth on the Move event in HR, Zagreb in 2013.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was full-time trainer at the meeting.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
