- preferred participants of all classes, educational backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, abilities and ethnic backgrounds.
Our Team:

- trainers from the partner organisation Critical Queer Solidarity
Non-formal education methods such as:
icebreakers, teambuilding games, small group discussions, plenary discussions, peer feedback sessions, self-organized group work
Formal education methods such as:
powerpoint presentations, independent research.
The training will result in the publishing of the QUTIE Handbook, a guide for queer trainers in order to make their activities more intersectional and accessible to their multi-faceted audiences. Participants compiled all the things they learned during the training sessions and compiled it into one document. It will be published on the website at a future date.
As a trainer, my responsibilities were as follows:
- Participate in planning sessions before the training courses and alter the frameworks based on specific needs
- Facilitating sessions during the training, including leading sessions, moderating discussions and facilitating exercises
- Participate in follow-up meetings and evaluations after the training courses
- Participate in and contribute to the dissemination of the project results.
Monica is a fantastic trainer and facilitator, creating inclusive and inspiring spaces of non-formal learning!
