Quality Matters seminar – A cross sectoral approach to mobility projects within Erasmus+

Aims & objectives

The main objective of the Seminar was to create space for sharing knowledge, experience and best practice with regards to supporting and preparing participants for their transnational mobility experience in SECTORS of ERASMUS+ (AE, SE, VET, Youth & HE).

The seminar specifically focused on:
- cultural preparation
- transfer of experience and knowledge
- mobility as a learning process

With the specific aims:
- to identify what are the key factors for quality preparation and evaluation of the participant
- to identify differences and similarities between sectoral approaches to mobility support
- to transfer best practices and tools between sectors
- to promote mobility as a learning process

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

39 participants supporting mobility projects in differents sectors of Erasmus+ Programme took part in this seminar (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom).

Methods used during seminar:
- paralel mini workshops
- sharing best practices among participants
- group work
- discussion

Outcomes of the activity

After the seminar toolbox containing shared best practices and experiences of participants was developed.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I took part in preparation phase, I delivered mini workshop on 'mobility as a learning process', I summed up participants' evaluation of the seminar.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
