Aims & objectives

The training aimed at increasing the quality of events, including the trainings organized by the member organizations of Estonian National Youth Council. The training concentrated the framework of quality assurance proposed by the European Youth Forum, also providing the participants with the tools to implement it.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group was formed by the membership of the Estonian National Youth Council. Altogether, there were some 19 organizations represented. The training was held in English as one of the trainers was a foreigner.

Training methods used & main activities

The training was fully conducted in a non-formal manner. Short lectures, different group works, a case study, and presentations were used.

Outcomes of the activity

The training managed to provide the participants with a specific tool to increase the quality of their forthcoming events. The manual designed by the European Youth Forum can be found here - http://issuu.com/yomag/docs/nfeqa_manual_single.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was one of the two trainers. Within the team, we divided the tasks so that both of us could run roughly half of the training.

I worked on this training for 1,5 days as a full time trainer.
