Training methods used & main activities

We used non-formal educational methods with inputs on specific areas. My part was to ensure the quality of the communication theory and practice perspective. For this I gave input, lectures, run shorter plenary sessions, longer sub work sessions and so on.

Outcomes of the activity

The outcomes were that many organisation developed their communication, DEOR skills through the participation of their representatives, online coaching and advisory sessions, working directly on the DEOR part of Ka1 and Ka2 applications.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I had the special role of the communication expert, providing guidance for the other members of the team on strategic communication, theories, practices, tools (online, offline, social media). As this was part of a long-term training course, during the 1 year I had different tasks, such as advisory, consultation, coaching, training, overview of the process. As an additional element, I am working on an online tool related to this process, which will enable youth organisations to learn in a self-directed way using the platform.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
