Aims & objectives

The Training Course Project Writing and Project Management gathered youth leaders and youth workers in a 9 days learning experience of creating their own projects, from the stage of understanding better the programme Erasmus+, building partnerships among NGOs involved in the activity, developing a project together, based on the NGOs target group needs.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

30 participants total: youth workers, staff of organisations and volunteers.

Training methods used & main activities

Non formal education methodology, learning by doing, group work dynamics.

Outcomes of the activity

The participants have gone through a simulation of creating new projects, write their own projects, together, in small groups; exploring the projects eforms, its different sections and the EC tools necessary to complete the application forms.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Main trainer: deliver of skills, knowledge, attitudes - competences related to project creation and project writing.

I worked on this training for 9 days as a full time trainer.
