To give a comprehensive overview of the project compilation and management cycle in order to provide the participants with necessary knowledge and tools for compiling a competitive project application as well as to implement it

The training addressed the representatives of Estonian and Latvian youth organisations

The training was composed of short lectures, different group exercises in order to solve various tasks, and presentations of the outcomes

Outcomes of the activity

The training resulted in increased capability of the participants to define a comprehensive project plan and implement a project in a way that it reaches its objectives

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I worked as a full-time trainer, meaning giving short lectures, guiding the group through the group work etc

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
