Training methods used & main activities

Starting with energizers & group dynamics to boost energy and build a successful team, we did group activities to encourage teamwork, peer-to-peer learning and collaboration; we embraced learning-by-doing with workshops, games, Open Space sessions, debates, presentations and masterclasses. All finished up with daily reflections, as one learns best through reflection on what is been experienced.

Outcomes of the activity

We are currently finishing off the manual of good practices.
Some participants have already replicated some of the workshops done during the TC.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the only trainer of the project.
Together with the organization, I prepared, and reviewed daily the program of activities in order to bring the changes needed to adapt to the participants needs, situation and other external factors (other organizations visiting and so on).

I worked on this training for 8 days as a full time trainer.
