Aims & objectives

The Training Course aimed at understanding the causes of unemployment in Europe and trying to overcome them to look successfully for a job.
I was the Main Trainer using Phototherapy and Photography techniques to help the participants open up about their fears and the causes of their unemployment, and how being unemployed made them feel.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group was young people fro 18 to 25 from Greece, Romania, Slovenia, Lithuania, Turkey and Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

Team building activities, compass games, outdoor activities, interviews , simulations, art and photography.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was more responsible for the "hard core" non formal activities while my co-trainer had under her responsibility the artistict activities.
Also the process of youth pass was my responsibility as well as the monitoring of the follow up activities.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
