Aims & objectives

The main aim of “Path to success: Unleash the entrepreneurial potential of your youngsters” is to prepare youth workers to stimulate their young people in a holistic way to find their way as entrepreneurs. We equip the youth workers with methods and tools to discover their competences from different angles and to clarify their own understanding of it. Moreover, we provide them practical tools and methods to work with when helping young people to explore their own sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.

3 international trainers. Group of 22 youth workers and teachers in non-formal learning.

Training methods used & main activities

We used non-formal methods. Like group discussion, discussion in pairs, individual reflection, creativity board, technical, innovative tools on what's app...

Outcomes of the activity

The outcomes of the activities was a huge learning with the participants, new emotional insights as youth workers and new methods to implement in the working field back home. Besides this new impulses to start new projects in the future.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was one of the 3 trainers during this event. I was deliver courses to upgrade the awareness of the human being behind the entrepreneur; how to grow into a more motivated and ethic entrepreneur.
