The Training aimed to explore in detail:
- Erasmus + program and opportunities within the new programme period;
- Youth empowerment and motivation through quality projects;
- Quality partnerships establishment;
- How to develop better opportunities for youth;
- Work on inclusion, especially of those with fewer opportunities;
- Explore youth work and youth participation;
- Work on the needs of the partner organisations to establish future partnerships based on their needed
(multiplying partnership effect);
- Work on difficulties NGOs face around Europe in matter of youth participation;
- Share best practices and discuss difficulties;
- Empower NGOs to better support youth through European opportunities;
- Gather partners with different experiences and share our knowledge and experience towards projects
quality improvement and youth participation and inclusion;
- Explore the concept of Non - formal Education and soft skills for young people and youth workers.
30 participants, youth workers, staff of the organisations, from 11 different countries.
Non formal education methodology, learning by doing, group work dynamics
Gathering of partners with similar goals,
Sharing best practices and solutions for specific difficulties,
Youth involvement and encouragement,
Establishment of different partnerships and their sustainability,
Sharing information on European strategies and how to implement them in youth work,
Understanding the importance of non-formal education.
Main trainer/ facilitator: deliver of skills, knowledge, attitudes - competences related to organisation development, vision and partnership creation.
