Aims & objectives

The training activity aimed to support participants in developing high-quality KA2 project ideas within the Erasmus+ programme, grounded in real needs from their local contexts. It sought to strengthen participants’ understanding of international cooperation as a strategic tool for organisational development, while fostering collaboration across municipalities and organisations.

A key objective was to create a structured process through which participants could identify shared challenges, transform these into concrete project ideas, and take the first steps toward project development and partnership building.
