TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Mari Prytz Malmanger
A partnership building activity aims to build partnerships. In order to build solid partnerships, it is important to get to know each other and be sure that you share common values. and have the same goals for your common project.
We believe that projects for young people should be owned by the young people themselves, and that is why we also invite representatives from the youth group. The young representatives will be involved in finding the right partners for your project, and in developing a project idea together with your new partners.
Teams consisted of 1 youth worker+ 2 young people. The young people was 15-18 years old.
Countries represented:
Finland, Slovenia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Hungary, Poland and Italy
Passport, energizers, line-exercise, groups, reflection, exploring values, exploring Youth Pass, teambuilding, exploring partnerships, mission impossible, etc.
There were 4 projects in the making when we finished the PBA and there were talk about two more projects that may be happening.
The participants were very satisfied with the outcome and the possibility to meet new partners and form partnerships.
I was a full time trainer together with two collegues from Portugal and UK and one NA Officer from Norway.
Working with Mari was a great experience, her committment to the programme delivery, facilitation skills and ability in supporting participants through the learning process exceptional.
