Youth exchanges
4.Find out how the Erasmus Youth Quality Standards are implemented in the youth exchanges ˙
co-organised by the PBA participating organisations.
The reasons for setting the above targets for this mobility were the observation of a decline in the quality of youth exchanges ˙
(e.g. unprepared groups of young people, lack of effective communication with the partner organisations, inadequate fulfilment of their part of the agreement) and the lack of a clear understanding of the quality of youth exchanges.
their part of the agreement) and their willingness to improve their workshop, learning, exchanging good and practice in terms of
Erasmus quality standards.
This activity was for:

participants, as well as enhancing the participants' competences in developing and designing non-formal education programmes for young people.
We had the pleasure of hosting 26 participants from 15 diverse countries, representing a total of 20 organizations.

A key accomplishment of the project includes establishing strong partnerships with organizations actively engaged in youth exchanges under the Erasmus+ Programme.
In addition, we shared good practices regarding applying the Erasmus Youth Quality Standards, exchanged insights, enhanced competencies in organizing high-quality youth exchanges, and more.
In the course of the project, 18 youth exchanges are planned to take place between the PBA partners between 2024 and 2026.
Our trainers's team prepared a training program, which was led by 3 trainers from our organization.
My role was to run needs assessment, monitoring and evaluation of the programme and the training in general.
I prepared training sessions and about:
- EU values and a research study “4Thought for Solidarity: Careful consideration of what is needed for the future”
- EU Youth Strategy and Youth Goals,
Erasmus Youth Quality Standards and the 22 principles developed by the EU and the Council of Europe,
- Reflections on personal values, behaviours and attitudes in a youth work.
