Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

In the preparation I played an anthropologist role, with studies on the situation of women in Central and South American countries. this study has allowed the implementation of the first steps of the project.
I then participated as a trainer in an international pool of senior trainers on three trainings, assisting the different international pools that were formed for each action.
within which I followed the group of participants in the activities and supported colleagues in the preparation of the plans.
During the construction phase of the group I took care of the outdoor activities and some of the debriefing post activities.

I worked on this training for 21 days as a full time trainer.
