- to create awareness in the volunteers about EVS, Erasmus+ and key questions related to their every day activities in their projects
- to introduce the volunteers in the reality of Bulgaria, the life and specific context.
- to create awareness in the volunteers about the roles and the players in an EVS project - SO, RO, CO, NA, Cigna, mentor, supervisior; rights and responsibilities of each party involved, EVS carter, Youth Pass, key competences
- a training aligned to TEC guidelines and minimum quality standards
- the volunteers to receive tools and to practice skills for goal setting, creating an action plan, conflict management, creating personal projects withing the EVS project
For the last training we were working with 32 participants from 13 countries.
Since 2015 in 6 On-arrivals trainings working with more than 200 EVS volunteers from different countries. The trainings are delivered in pairs or with one trainer.

Very positive feedback regarging the learning of the EVS participants.
In the evaluation form the volunteers were very specific what they learned or achieved during the days of the training. Motivation was raised.
- Working closely with the other trainers from the pool of trainers f the Bulgarian NA.
- Have group meetings discussing the learning needs of the participants and creating the general program
- Dividing tasks between ourselves and take care of the quality delivery.
- Taking care of the communication and coordination of the logistics with NA and the sub-contractor company organizer of the venue.
