Aims & objectives

The training aim is to give a on-arrival training to ESC volunteers active in Slovenia for their support, orientation and intercultural experience.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Two trainers and a coordinator from Slovenia.
24 participants, ESC volunteers from across the Programme countries.

Drama pedagogy, group work, plenary discussions,
project works, self relfection

Outcomes of the activity

The participants were equiped for the year-long ECS experience in Slovenia, both in terms of personal intercultural experience and project - organization engagment.
