Aims & objectives

1) Aims:
Learning and understanding about the situation of right-wing extremism / extreme right wing philosophy in the different countries as it is now and its disastrous influence on young people and with this on our democratic systems.
The training will inform about strategies/methods how youth work can react in this situation e.g. how to start off a value based discussion in order to strengthen our democratic based societies.

Target group:
- youth workers, mulitpliers
- Composition of the team: Trainers from Sweden and Germany

Methods:
- Methods based on non-formal education
- plennary sessions, working groups, etc
- field visits
- Reflection groups

Outcomes of the activity

Outcomes:
- new knowledge gained by the participants as a basis to continue their studies on a self organised level
- a network of people who work in this field
- a virtual future realized through a Facebook group to share information in the future
