The main aims for this TC are:
• To reorient the concept and techniques of non-formal education in Erasmus+ projects
• To reflect, learn and apply concepts and techniques of non-formal education in Erasmus+ projects.
In order to develop a TC to recover the true and full potential of non – formal education (NFE), the TC is designed to go through the following contents:
• ERASMUS+ Youth in Action
• Non-formal education concepts and achievements
• Competence Model (EST Model) for trainers in the youth field
• Quality in NFE projects under ERASMUS+
The target group are professionals and workers in the field of youth, leaders of youth organizations, people who work with youth.
Group of 21 participants from 12 countries, 16 female and 5 male participants.
Getting to know each other
Teambuilding
Group activities and discussions
Interactive exercises on project management,
Introduction of the ERA+ supported by exchange of experience among the participants, intercultural learning
Presentation of the theoretical background and concepts (e.g. DeoR)
Project idea development and feedback
Exchange of good practice (reality of the hosting venue and NFE good practices of the represented countries)
Evaluation activities
Identification of the role of the non-formal education as a quality base of the ERA+ youth projects, reflect the connection of the non-formal education, ERA+ and intercultural learning, common ground of overview of the ERA+ youth. The developed project ideas (2 youth exchanges, 2 job shadowings, 1 seminar, 1 TC and potential EVS partnerships).
