TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Viktor Krstevski
The project aims to develop, test, and implement innovative non-formal education methodologies to enhance the inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities, particularly from rural areas. By equipping youth workers with new tools, skills, and strategies, the project seeks to improve the quality and effectiveness of youth work practices, ensuring that rural youth have better access to educational, social, and employment opportunities.
The key objectives of the project are to strengthen the capacities of youth workers by providing them with practical, adaptable methods for engaging marginalized young people, foster social inclusion and active participation through interactive, learner-centered approaches, and promote long-term European cooperation among youth organizations working on rural inclusion. The project will also encourage youth workers to integrate digital and entrepreneurial education into their work, enabling rural youth to develop key competencies for personal and professional growth.
The training will involve 21 youth workers from Spain, Romania, Italy, Poland, France, Austria, and North Macedonia and 1 trainer, selected from partner organizations with expertise in youth inclusion, non-formal education, rural development, and social empowerment. The participants will be youth workers, educators, trainers, and NGO staff who are actively engaged in supporting young people facing social, geographical, and economic obstacles. Special attention will be given to youth workers from rural backgrounds or those working directly with marginalized communities.
