Aims & objectives

- provide new comers with tools and guidance in designing their own sustainable organizations, starting with their inner self and personal competences
- create tools to support young people in take initiative and get civically engaged

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

30 youth workers from:
- Greece
- Romania
- Italy
- France
- Lithuania
- Latvia
- Czech Republic
- Spain
- Bulgaria
- Hungary

Training methods used & main activities

Each day was structured with a specific focus based on non-formal methods:
- Personal reflection, identity, self development and competences
- Sustainability, Systems thinking and complex systems
- Sustainable organizations and goals
- Designing organizations based on needs and personal resources
- Designing the team and study cases
- Focus on collaboration, common ground and networking
- Communication and promotion

Outcomes of the activity

The project generated 30 drafts, business plans and designs for sustainable organizations, together with tools linked to team management, leadership, sustainability, marketing and resource management.
