New Power in Youth Online Challenge 2024

Aims & objectives

The Online Challenge 2024 aimed to challenge and support those interested in submitting their projects with a focus on youth participation by the February 2024 deadline for Erasmus+ or the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) for one of another of the following actions:
- Youth Participation Projects (Erasmus+)
- Youth Exchanges (Erasmus+)
- Solidarity Projects (ESC)

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

50 participants from all over Europe (youth leaders or youth workers committed to becoming agents of change in their local communities and beyond).

Training methods used & main activities

Online training, facilitation, mentoring and coaching.
Online challenges to stimulate participation.

Outcomes of the activity

Around 10 applications submitted.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Support the organizing team, facilitators and mentors in their activities via the howspace community building tool (designing the cooperation and contribution sections)

Preparing and launching a series of online challenges for the participants aiming to focus their energy and mobilize them.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
