During the training, formal and non-formal education methods were used together. Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I organized all assigned tasks for trainers and team leaders and created the main theme and schedule of the training. I had meetings with trainers and leaders at the end of the day and designed reflection sessions.

I worked on this training for 5 days days as a full time trainer.
