Aims & objectives

Within the training we aimed to:
- Reflect on models of organizational management (different managing structures)
- Propose ideas for conducting effective development of democratic mechanisms in youth organizations
- Develop outlines and proposals for assessment of democratic mechanisms in youth organizations.

The training produced youth work training materials in a form of content report thus all participants were encouraged to share and propose ideas and were acknowledged for their contributions.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

20 participants from 5 countries, youth workers and leaders of nationalwide youth organisations. 2 trainers from North Macedonia and Poland

Training methods used & main activities

NFE methodology, methods such as aqarium where participants had a chance to confront their opinions and ideas on different models of organisational management.
