Aims & objectives

To rise awarenesses of youth workers and young leaders about inclusion of youth from diferent minority groups in acivities of their organizations.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants was from Serbia, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Turkey and Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

Different non-formal education methods such as: role play, brainstoriming, simulations, debates, group work, etc.

Outcomes of the activity

Training achived its aim. Participants will implement knowleadge and expirience in work in their organisations.
