MID Term meeting for EVS volunteers

Aims & objectives

The meeting aimed at giving space for reflection, sharing of experience and mutual insiration, realising the competences volunteers have acquired during the service.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

20 EVS volunteers from different countries working in Polish hosting organisations.

Training methods used & main activities

I used methods based on the idea of non-formal learning: group work, open space, individual/pair reflection, discussions, role plays, team work, interactive games

Outcomes of the activity

Paticipants left the training with new ideas for their projects, new contacts, more energy and plans for the future.
