TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Spela Tezak
- to raise experienced youth workers’ awareness about implementing media and communications in youth work
- to promote active participation, networking, youth work, volunteerism and the Youth in Action programme in local, regional and wider communities
- to develop knowledge and skills, criticism, and tools to be active in the sense of feeling and understanding of different levels of communication skills
- to be more creative and innovative in everyday work by using communication skills and media
The target group consisted young youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers and young people with fewer opportunities who are interested in the implementation of YiA projects, and in the promotion of the programme and youth work as well as volunteerism and international cooperation.

On the last day of a project participants filled the evaluation form which showed us what they liked or disliked, which aims they achieved and how they plan to implement the skills and knowledge in their private/professional life. Amongst all activities participants most liked the practical ones (group work) with lots of creativity.
During the project participants were posting photos on social media, which are visible under #MS_ect hashtag.
