How to effectively and creatively use web 2.0 to strengthen youth work, civil society, active citizenship and participation of young people

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

30 participants (youth workers) from 10 different countries (EU and EECA). Team = 2 facilitators (AT, HE) and 2 support staff (GE)

Training methods used & main activities

The whole toolbox of non-formal education, here with an emphasis on lab-phase and case studies and live use of web 2.0 tools in small practice groups.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was a full time trainer in this project, responsible for the development and implementation of a series of courses aiming at developing a fully working website from zero to "hero" in 7 days, in a collaborative manner that also developed the project management skills of the participants.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
