Aims & objectives

LTTC “Communication with no borders” consisted of two training courses and a "homework" stage between them One of the main aims of this project was to foster non-verbal communication in the educational process addressing current challenges such as intercultural dialogue in the work with refugees or preventing the radicalization of young people through different forms of art including drawings, sketching, comics, different forms of theatre, dance, etc.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The participants of both LTTC were 28 participants (including the team) coming from 10 countries - Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Hungary, Georgia, Latvia, Greece, Armenia, Macedonia, and Moldova The TC was open for youth leaders, youth workers dealing with young people, staff from NGOs and active volunteers.

Training methods used & main activities

During the both activities, all the used methods were non-formal, non-frontal (presentations should be done in the most participative and interactive way) and highly participative fitting different learning styles and preferences

Outcomes of the activity

The most significant results of the project include:
- Project poster- created in order to ensure better visibility of the project. The logo of the Erasmus + was placed on all printed materials as well as all around the venues of both activities.
- Boardgame dedicated to the exploration of 7 key competencies of Youth pass

I worked on this training for 16 days as a full time trainer.
