Aims & objectives

Aim
Enhancing the visibility and value of cooperation between Programme and Partner countries within Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps

Overall objectives
● Engage stakeholders in shaping priority areas of cooperation between Programme and Partner Countries, within the framework of the “Beyond borders - Neighbours together” partnership.
● Capitalise on the experience of existing projects, initiatives and expertise for mutual learning and future cooperation.
● Increase the understanding of how different stakeholders can benefit from opportunities for cooperation between Programme and Partner Countries.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

125 participants from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries and Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU. 4 facilitators from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine and Jordan.

Training methods used & main activities

The programme consisted with presentations, panel discussions with experts, group work, facilitated communication with digital instruments usage, world cafe, thematic workshops. All those different forms and methods created positive vibes within participants and encourage them to share their experience and plan further joint projects.

Outcomes of the activity

This initiative created new (or renewed) dynamics for cooperation with Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU, and gave more visibility to the experiences and expertise that have been and will be further developed in this field.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

- Actively cooperated with the other facilitators and the organizing team on the preparation of the programme and methodology;
- Participated in the preparatory meetings (offline);
- Actively cooperated with the other facilitators and the organizing team on spot;
- Prepared the methodology and the design of the conference together with the other facilitators;
- Implemented the 5 full days of the conference in collaboration with the other facilitators and the organizing team;
- Evaluated the meeting.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
