Loesje crosses the Mediterranean

Aims & objectives

The aim of the activity was to share the state of the art of freedom of speech in the partner countries and introduce the Loesje creative writing method as a vector of democratization and freedom of speech from youth organizations across both shores of the Mediterranean.
The project was supported by the Anna Lindh Fundation.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The facilitation group was from Germany and Slovenia. The 24 participants were from Palestine, Israel, Egipt, Germany, Slovenia and UK.

Training methods used & main activities

Seminar facilitation, Lesje creative writing, plenary disscusions, inputs.

Outcomes of the activity

The seminar set the ground for further train the trainers activities in the partner organizations.
