The methodology used in this training activity is based on non-formal education and it is fully functional and topic-related. The TC is aimed at encouraging communication among the participants through simulation activities and communication exercises.

Outcomes of the activity

By the end of the TC, participants felt more confident when speaking, especially in front of a group; communication was less stressful. The majority of the participants were motivated and took an active part in the course and will go on to organise projects or exchanges based on the activities during the course. Youthpass certificates were issued accordingly.
