TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

Project goal: Increase the level of soft and social skills through different art forms among 40 young people aged 18-25, from RO, HU, SK, PT and LT by the end of the project.
Project objectives:
- Help youngsters learn about different art forms they can practice further to enhance their creativity and imagination, boost confidence, gain abilities to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions for challenges.
- Create a context where youngsters can get the
opportunity to practice theater, storytelling, painting, dancing and singing in a safe environment, in order to discover new potential hobbies and develop their social and soft skills.
- Develop the competences of participating organizations in implementing art related activities for youngsters from their communities until the end of the project.
Participating countries: Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Portugal.
Participants: 8 pax/country, aged 18-25.
Group leaders: 2/country, aged over 18.
Facilitators: 1 from Romania, 1 from Slovakia, aged over 18.
Non-formal learning methods used: Ice-breaking activities, energizers, team building, open-discussions, brainstorming, workshops, learning by doing.
Activity days: 10 days.
Intangible results:
- increased creativity and soft skills - for 32 out of 40 participants - observed it in their daily lives;
- new hobby started based on the arts practiced during the mobility - 23 out of 40 participants;

- The song of the project - created and recorded by 3 participants from HU and LT and being available in the promotional video of the project;

- Check the agenda of activities before the mobility;
- Join the second preparatory meeting with the participants to present them the schedule and agenda, before the mobility;
- Keep track of the participants' progress in terms of learning during the mobility;
- Support participants in activities or reflection sessions, when needed;
- Give feedback to participants on their work;
- Write the facilitators report.
