Aims & objectives

The objectives of Level Up are to:
- support long-term volunteers with confidence
- develop your own mentoring and coaching skills
- embrace creativity in guiding learning processes
- co-create mentoring strategies and tools that really work

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Level Up is open to anyone:
- Active involvement in the field of international volunteering (or IVS; sending, hosting organisation, volunteer, member in an organisation, local host of European Solidarity Corps or workcamp), preferably through an organisation that is a member/partner in CCIVS, Alliance and/or SCI.
- Based in an EU Member State or a third country associated to the Programme.
- Motivated to bring relevant lessons learnt into reality.
- (going to be) Involved as mentor in ESC projects.
- Sufficient level of English to be able to express and participate in the project.
- Committed to actively participate in all phases of the project.
- Excited about the idea of spending a meaningful and fun week in the Netherlands with an international group, focusing on improving the IVS experience and its outcomes for (future) participants.

I worked on this training for 6 days days as a full time trainer.
