Aims & objectives

1. To get aware of what are the biggest problems our countries are facing called “burning issues”. Talking about the conflict in Ukraine, or the conflict in Israel and Palestine, talking about exploitation of workers in east Europe, or the youth unemployment in Spain, the economic crisis in Greece, name issue in Macedonia, human rights in North Africa. There are so many “burning issues” can be addressed as organizations. Discussions about the “burning issues” that societies and regions are having and brainstorming about the solutions. Networking and making partnerships with other organizations in order to address the issues with solution oriented projects.
2.Getting to know each other’s organization, trust building establishing cooperation´s for future. Exchange of know-how and best case practices about developing and running projects, and setting minimum criteria for delivery of Erasmus + projects . The overall goal is to increase the quality of all projects and to set some standard of delivery with creating guide for development and implementation of projects.
3. Creating at least 10 concrete projects on site, making partnerships and cooperation between the organizations and setting concrete deadlines, responsibilities and action plans.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Target group was: Youth leaders, Presidents of NGOs, project managers, trainers. Basically the project was targeting all people that are decision makers and responsible for planning and execution of the projects from Erasmus + and responsible for making networks within the program.

Partners: Azerbaijan, Italy, Jordan, Israel, Palestine, Cyprus, Greece, Norway, Spain, Turkey, Tunisia, Armenia, Belarus, Ukraine, Macedonia, Morocco, Romania, Croatia, Germany.

Training methods used & main activities

Selection of different methods from simple ones like brainstorming, PPT presentations, working in big and small groups and presentations, to more complicated ones like problem-solution-outcome debates; strategic planning; coaching and mentoring; project cycle planing etc

Outcomes of the activity

This was one of the best projects I have organized and been trainer too. All goals were reached, people were extremely satisfied having in mind that they were youth workers, trainers and presidents of NGOs that have done many projects. We have reached the goals (created 10 concrete project, shared the know-how and created a guide, increased the networks, addressed the burning issues with solution oriented projects)

The evaluations came to be 4.75 average grade from 1 being the worst and 5 being the best from 36 participants.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Main organizer of the event, creator of the project and agenda manager, preparation and managing the trainers team, and trainer during the project. Making sure that goals and objectives of the workshops are met. Development and delivery of the workshops.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
