Let’s capitalize on KISS

Aims & objectives

To capitalize on "KISS - the Key Is in Social Sustainability" local and international activities.

To work on Social and Solidarity Economy education, and social sustainability competencies.

To test the Sustainable Development Plan.

To network for the future, to promote new ideas of youth SSE cooperation.

In brief, to work on the sustainability of our own SSE initiatives.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The training team was composed by an Italian (me) and a French (Sylvain Abrial).

Participants were practitioners of SSE (trainers, youth workers, educators, young enterpreneurs) from France, Italy, Greece and Spain, all of them mainly working with young people.

- Small groups discussions/work and plenary
- Interactive inputs
- Role play
- Fair of participants‘ good practices
- Creation of a networking semi-structured space
- Meeting/interviews with actors in the field

Outcomes of the activity

SEE good practices and the experience of local and international activities have been shared and capitalized.

SSE and social sustainability competencies have been analyzed.

The Sustainable Development Plan has been presented, tested and improved.

Several ideas for future youth SSE projects have been discussed and partnerships created.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I had the role of co-facilitator of the Learning Seminar “Let’s capitalize on KISS“.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
