Aims & objectives

Association Co-Efficient's training "Let it be " was born to create opportunities for professionals working on similar fields to develop themselves and to have better awareness about their work through self-knowledge and self-reflection. Since then it has become a series of training courses devoted to the youth field and ways to maintain the quality of work done by social professionals.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

International group with 23 participants from 7 countries, 4 trainer/ facilitator and a project leader . 2 smaller (11-12 member) group for sharing and self-reflections.

Training methods used & main activities

Peer group supervision is a leaderless counselling method used to prevent burn-out and help to improve the quality of work among social professionals. During the project the participants got introduced to the method and practised it to process cases brought from their work life. Methods: Peer supervision, case studies, self reflection groups, Method of debate, World Cafe etc.

Outcomes of the activity

The project's topic was self-knowledge, reflection and the technique of peer group supervison in the social field and the importance of these for professionals working with youth. The 10-day course at the end of May 2017 provided rich and useful contents for the participants

My task was facilitating small group activities and sharing of the main topics of the training,

I worked on this training for 10 days as a full time trainer.
