Aims & objectives

YiA Action 4.3 Project:
The main objective of the project is to raise awareness for creativity and project management under the framework of intercultural dialogue. Developing important knowledge, skills, and attitude to organize creative international projects will be our priority purpose. Project also aims to empower young people to develop strategy for their own organizations/projects.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

-coordinators of youth projects and initiatives of NGOs in different european regions
-participants were coming from 8 european countries
-trainers team was composed of 2 young people from TR and PL

Training methods used & main activities

-workshops
-lectures
-simulations
-role playing
-open space
-group work etc.

Outcomes of the activity

-action plan for developing new projects in the near future, and supporting existing youth initiatives in the represented regions
-integrated group of coordinators
-exchange of knowledge
-involving young people into european processes
