Leisure and Europe

Aims & objectives

The main objective of theproject is promote and create leisure style for youth and youth groups, facilitating and bringing them closer to an alternative leisure style.
Other objectives are:
- Improve our emotional intelligence through a self-awareness, assertiveness, empathy and other social skills.
- Increase our self-esteem and confidence in our competences.
- Improve and promote communication between young people from different countries and cultures.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

This project gathered 26 young people between 16 and 30 years old from Spain, Greece and Romania.

Training methods used & main activities

The methodology was based on: learning among peers, constructive debates, role playing, presentations, active participation, learning through experiences, cooperation
and group dynamics, daily evaluation/reflection, artistic creations.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the projects' facilitator.

I worked on this training for 11 days as a full time trainer.
